Hi everyone!

I wanted to take this opportunity to serve you! I want you to continue to feel motivated to focus on your health and fitness goals and your overall wellbeing. Now more than ever it is so important we invest in our mental health and for me, physical exercise helps my body work at its peak and allows space to de-stress, re-calibrate and give myself the ultimate gift of NURTURE. Even if you’re in a place right now that’s not oozing with motivation then I am so glad you’re here – this is also for you! I hope my guide will ignite a fire within you that makes you feel inspired to move your body and expand your mental wealth.

Below I have developed 6 workouts that I hope provide you with a little stability during these tough times. It is vital that we try to promote some normality into our lives right now and sometimes we just need a little direction to see the light. Although our day-to-day lives have changed, WE do not have to change! Let’s try and give ourselves the greatest opportunity to blossom in this time and use it to focus on ourselves, our family and our ultimate desires.
